I dont know how large of a chip you are talking about, but if its small (pencil eraser size or less), Langka should work great

It sounds like snake oil, but it works and I use it. Its basically a 'blob remover'

You put on touch up paint but it leaves a blob. You then wrap a credit card in an old shirt and put a few drops of langka on it. You rub back and forth and it 'whittles' down the blob to make it flush with the rest of your paint/bodywork. The front of my car looks new because of this.

Now... it doesnt work as well with other cars (maybe it works best with fiberglass?).

I tried it on my bmw and it didnt work. However, on corvettes it works good because it doesnt damage the surrounding paint like those sanding pens, 1000 grit sandpaper, etc. does.

Good luck
