did a search but could not find what i needed, so please bear with me.I have a 92 coupe and realized the hose going from the pcv to the intake(kinda car ignorant, sorry) is split on both ends.I went to a few autoparts stores to find a replacement hose to no avail, so my question is can i make my own? if so what diameter hose and what about heat resistance?
btw this forum is invaluable and has kept me up many a late night
Be careful removing the old PCV around those vacuum lines, too. It's easy to break one of those lines and the old valves tend to get seated pretty tightly, especially if they haven't been replaced regularly.
I used a spark plug boot puller with a shop towel wrapped around the prongs so not to puncture the lines.
