Is anyone in the Southeast Michigan area doing cross-frame installations? I am very interested in purchasing one from R-D Racing, but do not have access to facilities for installation.
Also, do you know if this cross-frame clears a Corsa aftermarket cat-back exhaust system?

I can't physically help you with the install, but can answer your other question. The cross-frame will clear the Corsa just fine. I have both on my car and there is plenty of room between them.

I test fitted one this evening. If I'd had the right sized drill bit here tonight, it would've been done. If you can drill a few holes and follow directions you can do it. Piece of cake.

That was the hardest part for me, finding the right size drill bit...
The correct size by the book is 17/32", but you can usually get by with a 1/2" bit and a round file. You just don't want to go to big and allow the nutserts to spin in the hole.

Finished the install tonight right after work. Nutserts are very easy to install, even if you've no experience with them. Could tell the difference just driving up my "Baja" driveway from the shop. Car is very ridgid now. Sort of like Viagra for your Vette!
BTW, cleared my aftermarket PE exhaust system easily, not even close. Next major suspension mod, coilovers....

Thanks to all who responded to my question. I decided to order my Cross-Frame today and install it myself. After reading your posts and talking with Dave at R-D Racing it sounds doable.
