Timing and Water Pump Gaskets
Im finishing up putting in a hotcam kit and eletric water pump in my 94 and was wondering if I should install the timing and water pump gaskets dry or use some sealant on them?

RTV all the way. I know that some felpro gaskets say not to, that is BS I learned the hard way.
I use my finger as an applicator and smear it on in a thin, even layer. You don't want gobs or RTV squirting out when you torque the bolts down

I agree, I used a high temp only because of the temps of the engines and also living in Florida I sure didn't want it breaking down(the sealant) as it is not the quickest job to do.
