Had a recent service on my tranny, and as of late, it is real hard shifting until I get her rolling for a few miles. Once the thing warms up, it shifts smooth as silk. Also....when I am at a stop, and put it into 1st or reverse, the car "lurches" ever so slightly. I'm going to have the clutch bled tomorrow, and see if that makes any difference. One thing that I have noticed is the freeplay in the clutch changes between cold, and at normal operating temp. At cold, I have a BUNCH of freeplay, and at warm, the freeplay lessens dramaticly. Suggestions......? TIA

I assume the ZF6, difficulty shifting the transmission means the clutch system has a problem. Either no fluid or bad slave or master cylinder. Check fluid, monitor feel. If you do replace either the master or the slave, replace them both at the same time. Also change the tranny fluid as well.
