Default What else should I get programmed?

Guys I am getting twong to do some programming.
I have a 180 thermostat.
What temp should I have the fans kick on?
Can I program each fan at a different temp.?
I have a 6sp and I am also having the skip shift programed out and a rev limit of 6100 rpm.
My mods are:
355 LT1 with 10.4 to 1s SRPs, impala head gaskets, 2.0 and 1.56 valves, port matching, LT4 hot cam kit, HD timing set, stock MAF and stock Throttle body.
Stock exhaust!

Just give Tom ALL of your mods including things like distributor setting, plug gap (might include brand and exact number on the plug). He is good enough to do the rest. You could do a search. You will find the tune he did on a 540 pickup up very informative. You can check posts back 2-3 days. I think the title was "I have to give a big thanks to TJWONG".
