Some remove the cylinder and "bench Bleed" it. What I do is.... I remove the front and rear brake lines from the inboard side of the master cylinder(10mm and 12mm I believe) then I screw in my plastic bleeding adapters that you can pick up at most auto parts stores, in their place. I then run a clear tube on the adapters back into the master cylinder resivoir. Pump the breaks until you see no more bubbles.
