State Insp Comp.terminated Test
Last 75 seconds of state of Texas emissions test, the insp. facility comp. terminated the test. Car was running fine,their comp. is ok. No data or info was printed other then the terse note" test terminated". no clues. Car runs fine no mods ,92 LT1, 153,000 miles,fresh oil change,well maintained car. Inspection station hasn't a clue. Any suggestions? Station said they will try later. They said this has only occured once before,couldn"t remember what the cure was.
Car is a very solid good running,trouble free daily driver,no leaks or signs of ever being abused. On highway driving after 10- 30 min service eng light sometimes comes on. Would this cause comp. to terminate test.? When that happens trouble code shows Left 02 sensor . Which was replcd & trouble still occurs during Hi-way travel. I was not in test cell to see if ck eng. lite was on. Thanks.

It passed. They figured out it was traction control,turned it off & passed.Can't belive how clean the emissions are. With Routine oil changes & proper maintenance 154,000 seems to be like a new engine. unbeliveable.
