Head bolt washer?
My stock ones have them, all the new bolts do not. The have a "built" in washer. If I use the old washer the bolts then become shorter than stock, so what it the theory on the washers?

I cut the bolts to get them off. Oh I got them off, it was a b*tch. I am reluctant to use them as the new blots are the same lenght without them. I got them straight from GM.
