1988 Heater Core Question
Hi! My heater core is leaking on my 1988. I am not in the mood to replace it until later on. What size are the hoses so i can make a temporary bypass? Also, are there any other brands of core besides AC delco that you would recommend? Thanks

I think the hoses are both 5/8. I did mine last winter and don't remember for sure. I got my core from NAPA. I don't think I'd get anything but a NAPA or GM. Trust me, when you do this job you won't want to do it again.
