What oil do you run?
Just trying to get a nice simple answer
For example...
I run Valvoline Synthetic MaxLife 5W30 in my 94 LT-1 in Cincinnati area.

Run synthetic no matter what the brand. Change it at 5-7.5K miles (nice and conservative) and you're engine will outlive you (provided it's in good tune). Swap filters every other oil change.
