Stuff inside half-shaft
1987 coupe
Pulled the half shafts for new u-joints. The half shaft on the passenger side makes noise like there is "stuff" inside it. Kinda like those rain stick things but not that bad. Does stuff find it's way into the halfshafts over time? If so how do you get it out? Or is it just normal?

If I remember correctly, when Vic '89 broke his halfshafts, there appeared to be some kind of paper or thin cardboard in there. I was about 50 feet away with my helmet on, so it was kind of hard to see, but something was in there.
