Starter Question
Has anyone replaced their starter on a 90 L-98 with a Denso starter. If so any problems and are they remaned or new. I need to replace mine and I am trying as all of you do, to save money. Is it worth it.

mine went out and I had a local rebuilder rebuild it for 50 bucks...They checked it many times and it has been trouble free for a year.
Most parts stores want three times that for junk.
I sold parts for many years and I try and stay away from the rebuilt stuff they sell I always go for new or orginal gm...I'd buy a starter or alt. from a salvage yard(GM) before I bought a lifetime warranty rebuild from a local store.
