Weather stripping again
I've just got my car back from the body shop... He set the door without the weather stripping in place ... the door shuts perfect .... I test fitted the new weatherstripping and the door would not shut properly... it would catch the first click but would be real hard on the second final shut... Anyones experience ??? Wondering if I should trim some of it..??

i have noticed that the weatherstripping at the front of the door (hinge area) is where the problem is. Try to move it a bit and see what happens.
Did you use OEM originals or someone elses? Either way, do not trim it.
