Belt Slip/Squeal !!

I just took off my ATI blower for an oil change and now it squeals with the air conditioner on. It didn't before.
With the A/C off I don't hear the squeal but I'm only getting about 5 lbs of boost where before I was getting about 7 lbs.

I moved the adjustment pulley back and forth thinking maybe it didn't release all the way but I still have the squeal.

Any place else I can adjust? Any ideas?

There may some oil on the belt?

You could try some belt dressing... or you may need to go with a new belt... aside from the tensioner, there is not much else...

changing the belt several times a year seems to work for me, they harden up pretty fast with the engine heat.

You're welcome,

There is enough tension on the belt that it seems to work better on a S/C than an alternator belt...

My gatorback belt has lasted about 2 years now... also a lot depends on your S/C pulley size as well , obviously the smaller the more tendecy to slip... I'm running a 3.125
