Well I finally fixed my rich condition on my 93LT1. I just didn't want to be one ot those guys who asked a lot of questions got a lot of advise and then doesn't let anyone know what the problem was when it's fixed.

Anyways, the car was running pig rich and seemed to start running worse the more I messed with it. I was sure it had to be a sensor or something electronic. I spent a lot of time with my Helms manual and replaced most of my sensors, ecm, opti, you name it. I cursed this car with all of it's ecm controlled sensors because I was sure it was in there somewhere.

Then I figured I had to start looking at the heads again. After a close inspection I found 2 broken valve springs. Very hard to see but sure enough they were broke. Both intake valves and on opposite sides (#2 and #3 cyl). Well I replaced all springs and valve seals while I was at it and it fired up and runs like a champ.

So if anyone out there is having any of the symptoms I was having and is pulling their hair out due to no codes being thrown, running rich, stumbling, take the time to pull your valve covers and inspect everything. Also, thanks for all the help and advise from everyone on the forum, it sure is nice to have her on the road again.
