reset button 84

I met an 18 yr old at a corvtte show this weekend. he is looking for a reset button for the gauges on an 84 he is restoring. can anyone help?

a reset button?

gee... what is he out to reset? I think there are some resets for the fuel and trip odo on the dash, next to the DIC.

your right. on the 84 there is a reset button for battery, odometer,cooling temp,oil temp. that's the reset button he has been looking for. yet to find one anywhere. anyone parting out who can help this kid?

Have him check on ebay, i see them pretty often and the whole panel is usually reasonable. They must not break because there doesn't seem to be a big demand.

you're right, what I meant is the reset button is on that panel with those guages. It's for odometer and mileage.
Thanks, I'll have him search ebay. I think he's hoping to just get the button.
