Fiberglass patch kit? Need to buy
I have a spot on my hood that is cracked and broken off (still has glass under it's just about a quarter coming off). In any case, what is the repair kit to use for this and where to I find them? Anyone sell them on here? If anyone has done this are there any tricks to doing it well? Thanks.

where is this spot? the hood is a structural member... you can't go fixing it, and expect it to last, if it has taken a hit.
To fix the hood, assuming it's minor, you need to get materials that work with SMC. Evercoat makes them.
SMC = Sheet Molded Compound. It has a built in release agent, as such, all "normal" materials will simply fall off. Bad news.
Check with your local autobody supply house.
