Chrome wheels slow leak

After Discount Tire mounted my new GSD3's I had a slow leak on 1 tire and thats what is was corrosion or a little surface rust they hit it with steel wool or something remounted and submerged in water no more leak has been fine ever since that was over 2 years ago...

Had this happen On my Jeep, I thought the rim may have been bent, turned out to be just needed to be remounted and clean the rim, they also added some type of seal stuff? oh NTB did not charge to do this but I had taken the tire off the Jeep and brought it in.
