Default 1984 C4 runs terrible

I am new to the forum and to this C4. I have had a 71 and 73 before. I bought this car with a new motor and tranny. It is supposedly a 325 hp build. It has Stock throttle bodies, X-Ram, and a Weiand X-cellerator intake. Supposedly a 300hp cam and a Jet stage1 chip. The heads are a 482624 casting. Does anyone have any advice on wether this stuff works, or for that matter is this the correct head casting for the L83 motor. (There is some controversy as to wether these are the heads that went to the rebuilder with the car) At any rate, the thing ran much better before it was rebuilt.

That is the correct casting number for the stock heads. Don't be so excited that you got the right heads back; they're nothing to brag about.
Nothing you have outlined should have hurt performance. A Hypertech Stage II Thermomaster chip only slowed me down by less that a tenth in the 1/4.
Do you have any codes set in the computer? What are the specs on that cam. There isn't sufficient info to trouble shoot this from afar.

RACE ON!!!
