Default Injector Advice

I have a 94 LT 1. Just got my taxes back so a C5 brake conversion, dyno runs and computer reflash, and some new leather are on the "todo" list. Brakes and leather--covered. I have shorties, no cats, and a Corsa cat back. I was thinking about upgrading the injectors before I have the computer worked on. I am assuming I have 24lb injectors and am thinking about stepping up just a little to 26lb injectors. I feel a little guilty about not having cats, so they may go back on.

Any advice on the injectors?

Don't waist your money the stockers are fine. Unless there is a problem I would spend the money in other areas. BTW you will love the C5 set up

I posted a thread asking about the C5 conversion. I got all kinds of advice no body saying what they thought about it or how big of a difference it made. I am going with the set up from Superior (got it from another post) with DuraStop front and rear rotors, DuraStop pads, and the stainless backing plates for some bling. Decided just to paint the rear calipers. Mine black on black with black Amolds...I think the red will make it look a little meaner.

As far as the injectors I was planning on being a liitle pro-active as they have 82k on them now. I may rethink my position though.

Ohm them out. If they are all 15-17 ohms they are fine from an electrical standpoint. If you have no driveability problems that indicate injector problems, there is no need to replace them.

You will need adapter brackets as Superior dosn't sell them, I got them from Eddie Salinas, he had by far the best price and they where top quality. asalinas2@***.net

The C5 front brakes give me more stoping power then the C4 set up ever did and I love it.
