Digital Dash Ground Location
can anyone tell me where the ground is located for my digital dash (84)
from what I can determine the problem with the dash is a poor ground...some where I read it was located behind the driver side rear plug/cyldr head area on the firewall ..but..I can't seem to find it..is this the correct location OR can I do something else to fix the faulty ground

i would like to know this as well. my dash flickers on and off, well not completely off but realllll dim so you can barely see it, and i believe its the ground too. so if anyone could help that'd be great.

G104 is located above the oile filter on the block, and there should be a ground strap that runs from there to the metal that the battery tray mounts to.
There are other grounds involved, but you didnt go into detail about the cluster trouble.
Most likely you'll need to pull the cluster and resolder the burned connection at the pins and cold solder joints.
