I know guys here use AFT.
A quart of GM power steering fluid runs about $6.00 each at my local GM counter. Wonder if you have to flush out all excisting power steering fluid before you add AFT or not.

I used their Syntec fluid for a while. No problems. Now I use Royal Purple full synthetic. The way I drain mine is to loosen both lines at the rack and let it drain. Then I work it back and forth (engine off of course!) to squeeze the rest out. Full fill is one qt. This gets nearly all of it out. I had just a smidgen left in a qt. bottle after refilling.
When i first got my vette I chased all over to find the OEM synthetic...finally found a dealer who had it...$8.50 a bottle!...got home and read the label..."part synthetic" same as the Valvoline...took the damn OEM back and got the Valvoline at Autozone for like $2.50 a bottle...live and learn...
