Default Camber-brace Special!!!!!!!!

We’ve decided to run a short term special on Camber-braces. It’s been awhile since the last one and I’ve been getting a few emails inquiring about a Gp for them. I’m going to do it a little different this time, instead of a Gp, it’s going to be a bottom dollar sale for a short period. How short? The sale will end July 4th, no exceptions.

I’m not going to advertise the price, but trust me if you’re even thinking about the Camber-brace, give me a call. The pricing will be the cheapest that it has been in 2 years. Since I’m sure there will be a lot of members take advantage of the sale, there could be up to a 2 week lead time, but we will fill the orders as fast as we can on a first come, first serve basis.

To place your order, you will have to call to get the special price and to place your order. If you want to use your PayPal account, I will work that out with you on the phone.

If you have any questions, feel free to drop me an email, but I will not tell you the price unless you call.

Thanks,
Dave

How about a ball park number or normal retail so I have some type of idea. Then for us basic wrench's, how difficult is it to install or does it need to be done at a shop?
Thanks, Vinnie

Retail is $199.99 plus $12.50 shipping. The sale price is a pretty good savings, that's why I don't want to post it.

I'd say 80% of the current owners have installed their own.

This is a great product. Install is not to bad. If you can change you oil, you can do it. Just takes a little time.

What about drivability? Does the ride get much worse? Has anyone used it and used the cross frame? How bad is the ride with both installed? It's not a DD but it does get driven on the street.

The R-D Camber Brace is a "must have" for any C4 enthusiast. I purchased mine last year, and can't say enough good things about the product, and Dave as well. I am definitely what you might call a "novice wrench", and even I was able to do this install with BASIC hand tools. I bought a couple things to do the install (open ended wrenches, etc.), but I would've needed them down the road anyway.

After installation, I immediately noticed that the nose just felt more "planted." Some of the creaks I previously had went away, and the improvement in handling was drastically improved.

If Dave's price is even half as good as he's hinting at, you can't pass this up. Thanks for a great product, Dave!!!

In the engine bay. I called today about it. I'm probably going to order it and the cross brace tomorrow.

Not at all, in fact the car will drive better because the front will hold its alignment through a wider range of conditions. It's not something that I drive every day and say "man am I glad I got the Camber Brace," I've just gotten so used to it. But rather when I drive a C4 without one I find myself saying "damn, this thing handles like crap"

Doesn't this mod require an alignment to be done afterward?? That was my understanding...

If you use the supplied shims to take up any space between the Camber-brace and the mounting points, you'll be okay with the alignment that you have now.
