Has anyone else used one and was it accurate? I went 14.4 at 102.5 in the 1/4 mile lastnight with really really bad wheel spin. My last car was a turbo (Dodge Daytona, super 60) with a 3500 rpm stall and I am used to doing the biggest power breaker I can. Not a good idea in the 'vette. Bad bad spin! I think I will try no power breaker at all. I made 4 runs and my best 0-60 was 6.4 with all that spinning.
I've heard they're accurate to within a tenth, from people who compare it to what they run on a real track, and use it at the same time as the track, etc.
The speed is always 3 or 4 mph higher in the g-tech.
With my stock 90 (only with headers and underdrive pulleys..) I made a best of 5.42 on the 0-60 mph.
?Im couriuos to see the time with my new 383.
I tested my G-Tech Pro at the track at it was within a 10th or less on 3 runs. The mph is always going to be high at the track because of the averaging they do at the end.
You have to set it up correctly for it to be accurate. It must be pointed straight and level.
