Default DIC problem, pics inside, come on in!

ok so my horn is not working, i searched and i think its the horn relay, so i searched some more, found about about the DIC and the horn relay being behind it, so i have pics of where i think the horn relay and alarm relay might be, can anyone point out where it is? what screw i should unscrew and take out what part to get to the relays? i dont wanna just open everything and screw myself even more, thanks for the help, is it that big cushion thing with the words corvette that i need to take out and the relays are there? or where?

What year DIC is giving you problems?

hahahaha i get it! i didnt even notice the title, well my vette is a 1984, i just need to know how to take the dic out, and get to the horn relay, i am unaware of where the dic is and what screws to open! hahaha

I'm not sure how to get the DIC open but if you remove the HVAC & Radio controls you should be able to reach up under and locate the horn relay.

It should be a small rectangular relay just to the right of the Hazard Flasher can.

I don't have an '84 GM Shop Manual but the above comes from an '85 GM Shop Manual.

got that dic out, now i believe i found the anti theft relay and the horn relay, diagram as 1. is the ani theft relay? whiteish plug 2. horn relay? black little box. 3. that plug, how do i disattach it so i can get the dic out of the way?

Theres a little 2 or 3 fuse block too back there. I can't see it in the pic, though. It should have one labeled "theft". This is also the fuse for the horn. If it pops(and mine did one time) the horn won't blow, and your security light wont come on. You're alarm won't work either.
