Cam Degree- ???

Has anyone bought an aftermarket cam, lately, that required it to be degreed? Most people I've talked to say it has always been right on. I remember in the old days, that every new cam needed to be degreed.

I degree in every can I install. Cam, timing chain keyways and crank keys can each be off slightly causing a stacking problem. Degreeing lets you confirm cam is "spot on". In my opinion it is a must!

I would'nt put a cam in without setting it up, its a lot of work if you find that its not timed correctly
