Default NEED HELP FAST!!! Clutch problem

I have this ongoing saga with my 94 and its clutch. Blew the line....replaced it. Master and slave replaced. Just replaced the slave again. Having clutch replaced and mechanic says the push pin for the slave is broken. When I pullled the old one I noticed that one end is rounded one is flat. The new one I just installed and pullled back out looks the same. Both pins look exactly the same and are the exact same length.

THE QUESTION: Is the pin actually broken or is it supposed to look that way? Is there someplace I can find the actuall overall length of pin? I can make my own at a machine shop.

Well the mechanic called me again. He found 2 halves of the pin in question down in the bell housing. Apparently what I thought was the last two slaves failing was actually the pins breaking TWICE. After it breaks, a large part (about 3.5") stays in the cylinder, another part (about 1.5") falls down into the bell housing. The ruckus I heard and the smoke I smelled was actually one of the pins DRAGGING on the pressure plate. Traced it all back to a bad TOB that was binding up. So what I have now are two broken pins, one bad and one good slave. Can't buy just the pin. My parts supplier is going to warranty the last slave and I had a machine shop make a temporary pin to get the car home on. :
