Coolant leak
I've got a '94 with a coolant leak around the water pump. It's dripping at the front edge just under what I call the access plate (6 bolts holding what looks like a cover plate) and dripping unto the belts and spraying all over the place. Could that cover plate seal have gone bad and cause the leak or is it the water pump leaking from someplace I can't see?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

The water pump has a rubber O -ring seal around the back under the plate with the 6 bolts .
If you are leaking at the water pump replace it.
The water pump has ,I would think taken out the Opti .
