I've got a Superram'd 383 that's been on the lift for a good 10 months awaiting work. Now that it's back on the road I've found that the TV cable isn't sliding smoothly. I'm pretty sure it's due to the sharp bend the cable takes as it goes under the superram.
Any hints on making the angle less sharp? The bracket doesn't look like it'd take much slotting (to change the angle) the way it's made, so I'm not entirely sure that's the solution.
Was there a replacement bracket for this situation?
Is that an Oven Thermometer hanging out near your brake booster?
Yeah, I wanted to see how warm my underhood temps were getting. I found I usually ran at Beef Medium to Beef Well. I read somewhere that you get more power if you can cool it off to Beef Rare..... I think it was in a book by Smokey Yunick or something

THAt cracked me up..
To the original poster = You'll need to get the bracket from an 88+ L98, which has a higher angle than the early TPI GM brackets. Worked for me..
