Brake Booster Question?
My Brake Booster Cracked on my 1990 Vette and I checked at work to see what years were the same and it said 1990 and 91 where just those two years the same. What could be the difference from a 92 to 96? Has anyone used a newer one on a 1990 or 91 car? I know the master cylinder is a one reservoir instead of the two that the 90,91 has but if they bolt up the same I can't see why it won't work. Any info would help thanks everyone

John, I wouldn't recommend replacing the stock booster with another stock, plastic, excessively expensive one.
Get yourself a metal booster, best deal I ever found was right here, much cheaper than the OE version: http://www.hotrodsusa.com/store/boosterchev.html
You'll want p/n HRB 2410908.
I've had that one in my '90 for over a year now, and its working out great. The metal should outlast the plastic one - theoretically - especially if you've got exhaust headers
