Default Where are the Optis???

I know kinda dumb question, it is in the front of the engine, does that mean near the windsheild area. What do they look like it would be great if someone could post a picture?? Its an LT-1. Thanks

The opti is on the front of the engine (front of the car). It is behind and below the water pump. Follow a spark plug wire from a plug and you'll find it. Not all that obvious to locate looking at it from above.

They probably hid it because they were embarassed that they had to admit that they invented it intentionally.

if it is dirty, you may not be able to see it, so you may want to hose it off with some high pressured water....!!!!!

By the way testdriver, since you are new to the Opti you may not realize it, but a few people are joking about washing the engine off. Kind of an inside joke for those of us who have replaced the #%%$#%$# thing.

DO NOT PUT WATER ON IT. It will almost certainly cease to function.
