I just pulled my shroud off the radiator.....looks like i sucked up a badger or something Sorry, lighting sucks and i took it with my camera phone.

But even when you get that mess cleaned up, you need to make sure both fans work ok. BTW. you really need to take the whole radiator out to clean it properly.

Try first the advice mentioned earlier: swap the fan relays and turn AC on - both fans should be running.

If not, your AC pressure switch might be busted - mine was (still is). Quick emergency remedy: unplug the connector from the pressure switch. Engine running turn AC on - is the #2 fan (or both) now running?

If not there might be something wrong with the fans or their wiring.

I've been running with the pressure switch connector unplugged for 2 summers now and the fan #2 is turned on manually pressing AC on.

Hmmm. got to fix that some day...or maybe i'll just install that low temp switch and presto - automatic operation again
