Bridgestone Potenza RE730's. With less tread in back than up front. (wonder why? )
I was thinking those tires looked a little small for the sound that thing is putting out! MagnaFlows and an X pipe will be the way I go if I put mufflers back on. Right now it's just high flow cats and the stock resonater!
That was in reference to a snide remark from a guy on another mailing list. He'd seen the car about 6 years ago and remarked how it was 'just a beatup old blue vette'.

Yeah, the driveline is ALSO a Jeb Burnett creation (great job, no noise, D36 good for 600 ft-lb on slicks) The tires are the same 285's all the way around. I haven't given much thought to more meat as our C5 needs prettier wheels and it's takeoffs will probably get something slick n sticky.

I had to get wider tires. The tq was just TOO MUCH for those "little" 285's! I've actual considered going to a 17x12 rear wheel and getting 335's!
