dash went dead

dash went dead
I went for a short drive tonight after replacing the cold start injector oring. When I got back into the garage I turned the car off and then I went to start it again and the dash was dead, both turn indicators were on and the highbeam indicator was on. I tried turning the ignition on and off and on again but it stayed that way. I lightly pushed on the upper right corner of the tach indicator and it came back to life. I have never had any problems with the dash is this a sign off more problems to come?

if you wish, tear that sucker apart and check all the ground wires. normall if something goesx whack it's pretaining to a ground. however when my dash went, it just blinked on and off like it was initilizing and never did anything more..the rebuild was about 240ish through gene taber? if i remember correctly...i think thats his name
