it depends on how deep you go.
if you take just the halfshafts and such out, maybe.
you see, the halfshafts are a locating link, without them, the rear might sag quite a bit.
what would work are some dollys that the tires could rest on.

Every one has given you good gouge if you remove the diff and batwing your car is not a rolling chassis!!!

The rear diff as mentioned is part of the suspension, and it also acts as the rear attachment points for the drivetrain.
You need to support the trans if you pull the batwing.
