Default TPI vortec intake!!!

A few weeks back I remember reading a question from a member asking if Scoggin Dickey was the only vendor selling a TPI vortec base intake... well the new JEGS has an Edelbrock unit for vortec heads!!! just thought I'd throw that out since I can't find the original thread.

If this is the thread you recall, then I
am the person with the interest in TPI Vortec intakes.

Possibly after you saw the thread, tjwong and Sarge81
posted that Edelbrock has a part but that it is more
money than SDPC's. I wouldn't be surprised if
Edelbrock makes the SDPC part - seems unlikely a
car dealer would have the resources or desire to
do this themselves. Maybe they commissioned it
and got an exclusive for a period of time?

Of course, Edelbrock's E-Tek heads require a Vortec
style manifold. Another incentive for them to
produce a TPI Vortec intake.

In any event, thanks for thinking of me and going
to the trouble to post back with your info.

Cheers,
Ken R.
