Anyone burn custom proms?

i've burned a few proms. i have a hyper tech chip for a 89 tpi 350 and tunercat program tells me to use a $95 ecu file. anyone have this file?
the computer is a 16198259 can anyone help me out. i've tried to use tunerrt and all the ecu files i have but they still dont read right. if i get the right file maybe a can burn this guy a chip. what computer you running in your car?
P.S. hypertech only plays with WOT and not with the normal driving modes for emissions.

My Computer is the 1226870.
I suspected that hypertech didn't make too many changes
My car runs exactly the same as with the stock chip in there...The only differance I noticed was when I stomp into it, It's somewhat more responsive now.
I called Hypertech and they said that i had the wrong chip for my computer...I sent the original one back to them and they sent me the correct chip.
This corrected the early lock-up issue I had with the first chip. This new chip is also set to turn on the fan at 180 so that was another thing i was looking for and got... Overall I'm pleased with the chip...I just know that I can get more out of the car with a custom tune and a Dyno. That's my ultimate goal

I have read a few different chips. hypertech,perf resource,ADS etc... Also some custum from names tuners.
You are right for the gerenic perf chips out there. minor changes fans,small if any WOT fuel and maybe some WOT timing.
Let me know if you are interested in the equipt or coming for a visit. I may have a few chips left to do a few tunes.
