cluster colors
I read a post a while back that I cannot find through searching.
Someone posted about changing the color of the cluster display by using "films" or something. Well, I am rebuilding a few non- vette clusters and need some type of plastic in red, green and blue that is semi transparent. I need to make new indicators for the turn signals, high beam light and warning lights.
Does anyone know where to get this type of material, or at least the name of a product I can use? My local craft store didnt have anything. I only need a few square inches of each color. Thanks

hey, that sounds pretty cool, I think I'd also like to do that that, so which product would be better in the car, the film or gel product ? And where might that product be applied, under the outter plastic cover (inside speedo) or just on the surface ?

vettenut85, thanks I think that was the term I was looking for. I have a Guitar store near me I will try them. Thanks for the tip it was just what I needed.
chillcat, I think the term "film" was in error. There was a post some time ago with pictures. I cant recall the specifics but maybe someone will chime in with a link.
