Default EM LT1 Full Length Headers-Group Purchase

EXOTIC MUSCLE is offering a Group Purchase on LT1 Full Length headers. Price is normally $771.00 the GP buy in is $671.00 a $100.00 savings for Forum members.

Details: Only 10 sets are offered for GP after they are gone price goes back up to $771.00. Headers are paid for in advance buy contacting Merle @ EXOTIC MUSCLE 480-967-4222. EM accepts VISA, MC, AMEX or CASHIERS CHECK. A 15% cancelation fee is assesed for orders canceled. Headers will be shipped in aprox. 6 weeks. Shipping is $37.00 in the cont. U.S..

Stats: The headers are Ceramic Coated inside and out. They are constructed with a 1 3/4 pri. tube and 3" collector. The headers have air pump fittings and O2 sensor bungs. The flanges are 3/8" thick.

Options: EM offers a slip fit header extension that will adapt to Corsa or stock exhaust systems at the resonator. They are offered in 3 types. Price for Extensions STD painted $195.00, Ceramic Coated $270.00 and extensions w/Random Tech cats are $549.00. O2 simulators are $125.00 for the pair. Felpro exhaust gaskets and Stage 8 bolt fasteners are also available. Ask us about great pricing on CORSA and B&B cat back exhaust systems.

Are the headers from the ladt GP shipping? I heard they are, but I didn't get a tracking ###.

Hey Merle, you need to make an extention kit for the 3" B&B catback to include the Random cats. Lots of us need that.

BTW, I love the headers and can't wait to install them this fall.

i was going to ask the same question. i ordered some from them last GP and i still havent gotten mine yet. been a couple weeks over the 6 week period they quoted me.

says mine is still in arizona. curious why it hasnt gotten to jacksonville or anything by now. i guess fedex just takes a little longer since im used to UPS. I guess i should get them by the end of the week hopefully. it says the estimated arrival date is tomorrow though

Did you have to call EM to get the tracking numbers? I thought they were going to e-mail them and I haven't gotten mine yet.

what gaskets are best to use with these headers? i have two different kinds of mr gaskets sets and one is circle holes and the other is rectangle holes and the holes in the headers where they meet up with the heads are rounded off squares! help!

We used the Felpros on a buddies car. They fit fine. You want the ones for the D-Port. It should say LT1 in the description. For Felpro that number is 1406. I'm going to try the aluminum gaskets, I think....

I initially used the Felpro 1406's, last about a year. Then switched to Percy's aluminum, haven't had a leak since.

I used Mr.Gasket 5965. Fine fit. No leaks from the flange (but I did use Breslin header bolts). I do have a very small exhaust leak from the passenger side band clamp. Circumstance called for this particular clamp to be "reused". A fresh one should solve that issue.
