6 speed trouble

My 89 vette has a six speed trans and it is giving me trouble. I don't drive it much and the last couple of times I had it out, it shifted hard. It acts like the clutch isn't engaging all the way. When I first start it up after sitting for any length of time, I can hardly put it in gear. When I parked it in the garage the last time I drove it, it acted like it was still in gear with the clutch engaged to the floor. Now I can't shift it at all while the engine is running. The clutch pedal feels like there isn't any resistance at all.
Any ideas?

Check the fluid level in your clutch system. I would bet it's very low and you need to refill and bleed it.

Go to the ZFDoc's clutch & transmission service page and it tells you everything you need to know...

, and then look around the master and slave cylinders to see if you have a leak.
