GM wheel number
Can anyone tell me what this wheel originally fit? The no. cast in it is 9592880. It has a GM cast on the front of it, and the size, 17x9 J 50 cast on one of the spokes. It is a five spoke ZR1 type rim. Thanks for any help. Tom

Sounds like it came from a Camaro because the Vettes came with 9 1/2" and the camaro came with 9' wide. Also vettes were 56mm offset

Thanks for the info. Will it work for the front of a 95 corvette with no problems? Tom

If it's an OEM ZR1 wheel, then I'm pretty sure it has a 38MM offset...
If your '95 is a not a zr1, the offset should be 56MM...
so it'll fit, but it's might stick out a little.

It's only 1/4". Probably not noticeable.

Aftermarket wheel companies always list 93-03 Camaro and 88-96 vettes using the same wheels, so it should be fine.

that offset is for the rear only... hence my original post regarding the front of a ZR1 or all the way around on others.

I agree with Skeet
I owned a 97 WS-6 TA and the rim width was 9 inch F/R.
