Rear Signal light question.

Rear Signal light question.
My rear left turn signal (leftmost round light) only works when I tap it, so I am thinking bad bulb..
But...
When I turn the headlights on, they are working..
I thought there was only 1 bulb in the rear brake/signal lights ?
ANyone?

You have a poor electrical connection from the lamp base (ground) to the socket. The outside lamps can be removed from under the car. You should remove the socket and lamp and take a look at the condition of the inside of the socket base, it might be corroded and would need to be cleaned up until bright. Wipe some lithium grease around the socket and install the lamp and replace the lamp into the rear light.
