Bad TBI Symptoms?
What are the symptoms when Throttle Body Injectors are getting bad?My 84' has a slight pulsating / surge when held at steady speeds.Not as smooth as it used to be.

I'd say the same as any injector. You can check the resistance. One thing YOU can do that the TBI guys can't, is to observe the spray pattern of the injectors while the car is running. I'll bet big that it isn't the injectors.

When my TBI injectors started failing, I actually saw drops or a coarse spray fall when the engine was running. Shining an LED flashlight down there made it real easy to see. I also saw the resistance drop on the injector coil. One actully shorted. I let it go too long. One bad thing about the TBI injectors, they are pricey.
