Torque converter question
I have a few stock type converters I am fond of. Anyone know of a quality shop that will cut open, rebuild, and reweld/balance a torque converter other than one they made. I realize all performance companies will reman their own stuff. I am looking for standard stock rebuilds. Anyone?

Hey Pete it's Bill Opey's friend there's a guy down in Phoenixville, PA. not too far from me who rebuilds Convertors. I'll see Bob on Sunday the 14th at a Vette show in Boyertown , PA. send it with him and i'll get it done for ya. Make sure ya wrap that thing up good we wouldn't want to get Opey's Red C5 full of trans fluid. You just want the stock convertor rebuilt right? Pipe.

I will be ready to have it done in a moth or so. Lots to do between now and then to get ready for Carlisle. Thank you!
