engine starts to tick when warm

Heys guys, i have a 95 lt1 6speed, with 72000. lately i been noticing my car starts to tick when i been driving it for a couple of hours. The funny thing is it dosn't tick at all when i first start it up and drive it for about an hour. Any ideas......thanx guys

Hard to say over the internet. Valve adjustment and fuel injector are the first 2 things that come to mind. You need a local trained ear to say for sure.

Might be a loose piece of catalyst in your converter.

I seem to recall that the dual mass flywheel can tick? Not sure though.
