ETR Valve
To pass emissions, they are now telling me that I need the ETR Valve replaced. Does that sound accurate and what would you estimate the average cost to be? I know that labor charges will vary...

Do they test enissions on a dyno?
You can have the EGR system tested for proper operation and the ECM should throw a code if it isn't functioning properly. Have it checked before throwing $$ at it.
