I would think that the heated NGK is about as good as the Delco one. The Bosch single wire O2's are the ones people are having troubles with.
What sort of trouble?
My Vette is running pig rich at all times. Even on cold start up. I bought a new Bosch single wire to install after I diagnose and fix the problem. But so far no luck diagnosing the rich pig. No codes to work with. I don't think a bad O2 would effect the fuel ratio at cold start up because the ECM is in open loop until the engine comes up to operating temp.
Just bought a new laptop. I'm about to visit Tunercats website for software and the Mastach cable is on the way. No more shot-gunning parts for me!
