Default Engine Shut Down Taking Off

I've got one for everyone. The 90 has developed a problem taking off from a start and sometimes rolling it will shut off, then you have to spin it over several seconds at full pedal to get it to start back up. No codes and sometimes belches a little black smoke when it starts. It acts like it's flooded. Sometimes it will do fine for 3-4 days and sometimes everytime you move or rolling along.

Engine, stock 350 block, heads, stealthram, 24 # injectors, 58mm BBK TB, 1.6 RR, 2-1/2 back to LT1 exhaust.

Acts like when MAP vac removed.
Fuel pressure 30 with vac, 41 vac off on Aeromotive AFPR. New Walbro fuel pump and wiring

I've changed fuel maps, more/less PE off idle, even ran the stock chip.
MSD on off no difference.

I've even thrown parts at it, in case of intermittent failure of one.
ECM, TPS, Injectors, MAP, MAT, IAC, WTSs, Distributors, Coils, Wires, O2s, Proms, checked all wires for a broken or partly broken wire.

Seems to happen when water temp is at 200 or above with AC on, but has happened when around 170 with AC off. which is one reason why I changed electronics.

Any ideas, anyone?

Did you change the coolant temp sensor?

Yes, changed both WTS, gage still read the same temps and the Scanner showed the same temps.
