Improper check ball placement or too much grease on the checkballs are the first thing that come to mind.

Definitely check the ball placement. My 86 did the same thing when I put the shift kit in.

It could. B&M kit will firm up the shift tight. Some people say too tight. A soft shift is a concern.

Pete I took to a another tranny shop today, they told me that It feels like my clutches are gone I explained to them that On the first day the shifting was fine it wasent till the day after that it started to act up.With 375rwhp and 375rwtq should'nt it chirp the tires even with a stock tranny?

I have never had that problem happen to me, but heard that it can. B&M claims that no harm will come to a sound trans, but it could push a weak one over the line. Hopefully your problem is not slipping clutches. That would = big bucks. Usually a 700 will spit out the 3-4 clutch pack first.

Pushing that kind of power into a stock transmission is going to greatly reduce its life expectancy, especially if you only just put a shift kit in it. All this will do is improve shifts, making them quicker and firmer. It wont make it hold more horsepower. Drop the pan, cut the filter open and see whats in there, if its not clean inside, it wont last long with that kind of power. Does it actually have 2nd when the shifter is in the OD position? Does it have any kind of flare up during higher RPM shifting in any gears?
